Team: Emerald Proto-Whelp and Chi-Chi, Hatchling of Chi-Ji

Start with the Whelp. Use Emerald Presence, then Proto-strke. Once it resolves, spam Emerald Bite. When the mechanical comes in, swap to Chi-Chi. The key here is timing Ethereal to Feathered Frenzy. After he casts it, get Tranquility up. Then its Fire Quills spam until he goes down. Try to be near full health when Darkwing comes in, he hits VERY hard. Once he's in, he will amp his damage with Anzu's Blessing. So attack with quills. His next move is Shadow Talon so use Ethereal to negate it. From here, he may heal so just keep spamming quills. This is a DPS race. Chi-Chi can usually burn him right down.
